Application Procedure
For best results, follow the manufacturer’s recommended procedure:

Surface Cleaning:
Clean the surface thoroughly using a dry cloth to remove dust, oil, and loose contaminants. -
Surface Preparation:
Use shot blasting or apply ALTIC Surface Cleaner to remove stubborn grease or rust. -
Washing:
After 30 minutes of applying the cleaner, rinse the surface with water and dry it completely. -
Mixing:
Add 10–15% ALTIC HRTI Medium into ALTIC HRTI 250 to achieve the desired application viscosity. -
Stirring:
Mix thoroughly using a mechanical stirrer for uniform consistency. -
Application:
Apply the first coat and allow it to dry for 6 hours.
Follow with the second and third coats, maintaining a 6-hour interval between each coat. -
Curing:
After the final coat, allow 24 hours of drying time before use. -
Final Thickness:
After three coats, the film thickness should be approximately 250 microns. -
Thinning:
Use ALTIC HR Thinner only if necessary to adjust the viscosity.
